How I work

Rally everyone behind a vision, and distribute the workload

I build conviction, not compliance

A strategy the team doesn't believe in is the first thing cut under production pressure. My job is to get everyone in the room to make it their own, as happened on Ravenswatch, across Nacon's other studios, Bodycam and Million Lords.

I protect developers from the operational load

The fastest way to lose a dev team's trust is to make them run live ops on top of production. I build the systems, tools and processes that take that weight off them. Developers should be building games, not banning cheaters at 2am.

I work from player data, not the loudest voices

Decisions from forum noise are reactive. Decisions from structured data, quantitative, qualitative and business KPIs together, are strategic, and rally the whole team behind the priorities that define the roadmap.

Not sure which one you need?

Running live, launching soon, or just wondering if live ops is even your problem, let's work it out.
